The Black Footwear Forum (BFF) is a cornerstone platform championing Black professionals in the global footwear industry. Through its national and regional events, BFF cultivates collaboration and community among industry leaders.

Celebrated as the "Industry's Homecoming," the 4th National Forum, delved into the theme "Culture is Currency" with the assertion to Know Your Worth. This gathering united top brands and collaborators, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and valuing cultural contributions. The event underscored the collective power of Black professionals in shaping a vibrant and inclusive footwear industry.
